Croplix · Installation
Installed on your counter PC. It runs when the line does not.
Our team installs Croplix on the shop computer, imports your stock and trains your clerks. After that the software runs on its own — a cut connection never stops a sale.
Windows · works offline · annual licence

What it takes to run
No server to buy and no subscription to a browser. Four points to check before we come.
System
Windows 10 or 11
64-bit. An older machine does the job: Croplix is light.
Hardware
The counter computer
4 GB of memory and 2 GB of free disk are enough for years of sales.
Peripherals
Scanner and receipt printer
USB barcode scanners and receipt printers are recognised automatically.
Connection
Optional
Needed for updates and for the Cloud backup option. The day-to-day never depends on it.
From the first call to the first sale
- 01
Ask for a demo
Twenty minutes, in the shop or over the phone, to see what Croplix would change for you.
- 02
We install it
On your counter computer, on site or remotely. The licence and the setup come together.
- 03
We take over your stock
From a spreadsheet or your old software: items, batches, expiry dates and customer balances.
- 04
We train your clerks
An hour covers the day-to-day: sale, receipt, goods received, alerts.
Need a hand taking over your stock?
Our team imports your existing inventory and trains your clerks, on site or remotely.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Nothing. Croplix runs on the shop computer and keeps its data there: sales, stock and printing carry on as usual. A connection is only needed for updates and for the Cloud backup option.
Where is my data stored?
On your computer, in your shop, and it belongs to you. The Cloud backup option copies it every day to an encrypted server, so that a stolen or broken machine does not take the shop history with it.
Can I get my data back if I stop?
Yes, at any time: products, customers, movements and sales export to a spreadsheet, at no cost and with no waiting.
How long until we are up and running?
Half a day with a clean inventory. Taking over an old stock takes two to three days, training included.
