Croplix licence terms
What the annual licence covers: installation, your data on your own machine, the two options, updates and support.

What this document covers
These terms govern the licence to use Croplix, software installed on the computer of an agricultural shop and published by Nabatic SARL. They address professionals.
The licence
Nabatic grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, for the number of points of sale and users stated on your order, for one year, renewable.
The software is licensed, not sold: the code, the design and the brand remain Nabatic’s property. Installing it on a second machine requires a second licence.
Installation, stock import and training
The first year includes installation on the counter computer, taking over your existing inventory, and training your clerks, on site or remotely.
Your data stays with you
The data Croplix records — items, batches, customers, sales — is stored on your computer and belongs to you. You can export it to a spreadsheet at any time, at no cost, including after the licence ends.
Nabatic accesses it only at your request, for a support intervention, and only for as long as that takes.
The options
Cloud backup copies your data every day to an encrypted server. It is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; stopping it does not affect the installed software.
The Sync and prevention option is announced as coming. Nothing is billed for it until it ships.
What the catalogue is
The approved-input catalogue is provided for information: it reproduces the approvals, doses and pre-harvest intervals published by the competent authorities, and we keep it up to date with care.
It does not replace the product label or the seller’s judgement. The shop remains responsible for what it sells and for the advice it gives at the counter.
Updates, liability and applicable law
Updates and support are included for the duration of the licence. A licence that is not renewed ends updates and support; we tell you before the term what that means for your installation.
Nabatic’s liability is limited to direct damage attributable to it, up to the amount of the licence for the year concerned. These terms are governed by Algerian law, and any dispute not settled amicably falls to the courts with jurisdiction over Nabatic’s registered office.
