Nabatic, FITO and Croplix
What is FITO?
A mobile app for farmers that supports them across the whole technical itinerary of their crops: photo diagnosis, approved treatment, plot-level weather and a map of retailers.
How do I get a diagnosis?
You photograph the affected part, pick the crop, and a ticket opens in the messaging tab. AI proposes an identification, a Nabatic agronomist validates it and replies within 24 hours.
Is FITO free?
The app is free to download, and the first seven days give you everything, agronomist-validated diagnoses included. After the trial, the Farm plan costs 1,000 DZD per month.
Is FITO available in my region?
The app can be downloaded in 179 countries. Health alerts and the retailer map are densest in Algeria for now — write to us to check coverage for your province.
Which languages are supported?
Arabic, French and English, including the agronomist chat and support.
How do I reach support?
From the app, under Help, or by email at contact@nabatic.com. We answer within 24 working hours.
FITO — for farmers
Does the app work without a signal?
Browsing the downloaded farming database works offline. A diagnosis prepared without a signal sends itself automatically once the connection returns.
Do I need a subscription to install FITO?
No. The app is free to download, and the first seven days are a full trial — diagnoses included — with no card required.
Are my photos and plots private?
Your photos are seen only by the agronomist assigned to your ticket. Data used for regional statistics is aggregated and anonymised.
Can I use the same account on two phones?
Yes. The account follows your phone number; plot and diagnosis history syncs to every device.
Croplix — for agri-retailers
What happens if the internet goes down?
Nothing. Croplix runs on the shop computer and keeps its data there: sales, stock and printing carry on as usual. A connection is only needed for updates and for the Cloud backup option.
Where is my data stored?
On your computer, in your shop, and it belongs to you. The Cloud backup option copies it every day to an encrypted server, so that a stolen or broken machine does not take the shop history with it.
Can I get my data back if I stop?
Yes, at any time: products, customers, movements and sales export to a spreadsheet, at no cost and with no waiting.
How long until we are up and running?
Half a day with a clean inventory. Taking over an old stock takes two to three days, training included.
Still stuck on something?
Write to us in Arabic, French or English. A human reads it.
Ready to protect your next harvest?
Install FITO, send your first photo, and get an agronomist’s answer within 24 hours.
