Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the FITO mobile app, the Croplix software and the nabatic.com website. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of these terms.

FITO provides an AI-assisted diagnosis, validated by an agronomist. That diagnosis is a technical opinion based on what was submitted: a photo, a declared crop, a location.

It does not replace an on-site inspection where the stakes call for one. The decision to treat, and compliance with approved doses and pre-harvest intervals, remain the grower’s responsibility.

We never recommend a product that is not approved on the crop concerned. Where no authorised product fits, the app says so explicitly.

A FITO account is personal and follows the declared phone number. A Croplix account is attached to a point of sale, and its manager is responsible for the access granted to their clerks.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken from your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the term chosen. Displayed prices are indicative, excluding tax, in Algerian dinars.

A monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time and ends at the close of the current period. No pro rata is refunded for a period already started.

The free FITO plan remains available with no time limit.

Photos, plot data and commercial records you enter belong to you. You grant us the rights strictly necessary to host and process them in order to provide the service.

Anonymised statistics derived from that data, as described in the privacy policy, may be used to improve the service.

We take reasonable measures to keep the service available, without guaranteeing absolute continuity. Planned interruptions are announced in advance where possible.

Croplix keeps a read-only mode that shows known stock levels during a connection outage.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account in case of clearly abusive use, an attempt to compromise the service, or persistent non-payment, after informing you.

Before closure, exporting your data remains available.

Any substantial change is announced in the app and by email at least thirty days before it takes effect.
