FITO terms of use

These terms govern the use of the FITO mobile app, published by Nabatic SARL. Creating an account means accepting them. They complete the website terms and the privacy policy, which continue to apply.

A FITO account is personal and follows the phone number declared at signup. You are responsible for access to that number and for what is done from your account.

One account stands for one farm. Sharing it with a neighbour is not a problem for us; reselling access is.

FITO returns an AI-assisted identification, validated by an agronomist, based on what you sent: a photo, a declared crop, a location. It is a technical opinion, not an on-site inspection.

The decision to treat, the dose applied and compliance with the pre-harvest interval remain your responsibility as the grower. We never recommend a product that is not approved on the crop concerned; where none fits, the app says so.

Downloading the app is free. The first seven days give access to every feature, with no card.

After the trial, agronomist-validated diagnoses belong to the Farm plan, billed in advance in Algerian dinars, excluding tax. It can be cancelled at any time and ends at the close of the current period; a period already started is not refunded.

What you send stays yours. You grant Nabatic only the rights needed to host it, show it to the agronomist assigned to your ticket, and keep your history.

Aggregated, anonymised statistics may be derived from it, under the conditions described in the privacy policy. They do not identify you.

The app is there for crop questions. Do not send unrelated content, do not try to reach another user’s data, and do not automate your requests. An account doing so may be suspended, after we tell you.

We use reasonable means to keep the service available, without guaranteeing absolute continuity. You may delete your account at any time from the app.

These terms are governed by Algerian law. Personal data is processed in accordance with Law 18-07 of 10 June 2018. Any dispute we cannot settle amicably falls to the courts with jurisdiction over Nabatic’s registered office.
